The focus of the class is to learn and practice self-cultivation methods, which rejuvenate mind and body. Qi Gong has a variety of internal and external movements used together stimulate metabolism, reduce joint stiffness and improve muscular strength. From this foundation an introduction to Tai Chi is seamlessly connected with Qi Gong.
